Bealtaine Cottage taught me that a porch is a space between the inside and the outside.
Anything like this would be great joined to the conservatory. Above that will be the small roof terrace and fire escape stairs.
So a roof terrace above the conservatory, with a porch surrounding it, stairs providing a fire exit and with an outside toilet underneath (?).

To me it will leave the wellies, the umbrellas, the wet dogs and most of the dirt outside. It will provide protection for a climbing rose and the back wall of the bathroom which gets most of the mighty winds that blow around these parts.
Following the philosophy of simple, effective, efficient and practical, a roof terrace would exit from the upstairs bed/bath rooms.
